NYC on-line purchase of documents

Is anyone else having trouble purchasing the NYC documents on-line.  I have done it many times over the last several years and never had an issue.  I have been getting error messages over the last 2 weeks though.

I was having trouble a while ago, but for me it was the browser. I started using Chrome and it seems to work ok. Be aware that many relatives lie or forget when they were born. I've had to go 2 to 3 years to find them.

Hi Judd,

 

If you are in want of a Birth, Death or Marriage and have the cert # and film # (you can log onto FamilySearch.org) and they have the actual cert at your local Family History Center.

 

If you need help finding this film and cert #, I am happy to help you.

 

Just send me the the type of cert with the name of person/persons, place and date.

I tried 3 different browsers.  The site comes up, but when ordering you get coded error messages which makes me think it is the site and not me.  Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for your feedback.  I may have to go to the center. Normally the NYC website works fine and I get the copies in several weeks. Its all about the time factor. Having a job gets in the way of doing family research.
