Just a few thoughts to the place you are looking for. I was thinking about all kind of variants (Oberbreitmühl, Oberbentmühl, Oberbretmühl etc.), also in leaving out the part “Ober-”, which can actually also just mean something like “Upper-”, like in Upper-Valley.
Now go to the German Genealogy website
https://meta.genealogy.net/ . Fill in the field for “last name” the name Demel. It will come up with a long list of Demel, among them Anna Maria and Anna Barbara Demel, both born in 1642, 1643 in Brettmühl.
