Where does one find records from the late 1880s and back for Germans who moved to Sackelhausen - what is now Săcălaz, Timiș, Romania - and Dolatz - what is now Dolaț, Timiș, Romania?

I'm looking for a Johann W Hummel born 15 Feb 1887 in Szakálháza, Hungary or Sackelhausen, Germany and Anna Ochsenfeld born 10 Feb 1883 in Dolacz, Hungary or Dolatz, Germany.
